Site Liaison Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Liaison Officer to provide high‑quality logistical and administrative support for rotational staff at remote sites. The role ensures smooth coordination between staff, clients and operational teams, contributing to efficient service delivery and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff rotation schedules, ensuring alignment with company policies and operational needs.
• Arrange visas, work permits, flights, accommodation and ground transport, and share confirmed travel plans with staff.
• Serve as the primary contact for site staff and clients, communicating deployment details and resolving logistical queries.
• Collect, review and process timesheets, support payroll reporting and expense processing, and maintain billing records.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, mobilization, induction, resignations and demobilization activities.
• Maintain accurate staff records, update internal systems (e.g., Oryx) and ensure compliance documents are current.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, promote teamwork and ensure adherence to HSE standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of medical services operations and logistics, preferably in oil & gas or remote‑site environments.
• University degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with minimal travel.
