Structural Design Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

Location Engineering is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to lead the design and analysis of a variety of construction projects. The role involves producing calculations, detailed drawings and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare structural design calculations and technical reports.
• Develop detailed structural drawings and detailing for diverse projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design using industry‑standard software.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
• Review and optimise structural solutions for safety, efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
