About the role

The Talent Partner acts as a strategic hiring advisor for business teams, overseeing recruitment delivery and delivering market insights that enable effective hiring decisions. This role is focused on building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role specifications.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned positions.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to guide decision‑making.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with sourcing and intelligence teams.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience hiring technical or niche roles, preferably leveraging AI tools.
• Strong advisory skills with the ability to influence hiring managers.
