Team Coach – Onboarding & Performance

About the role

We are a long‑term real‑estate investment and asset‑management firm seeking a proactive Coach to support our teams on a daily basis. You will help new hires quickly adapt to our workflows and guide existing staff toward higher execution efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one consultations tailored to specific operational situations.
• Deliver clear, concise advice on best practices and process improvements.
• Monitor daily team performance and give timely feedback on issues.
• Assist with basic process optimisation to ensure orderly, high‑quality output.
• Support onboarding activities to accelerate new‑hire familiarity with business operations.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training within a corporate environment.
• Ability to analyse operational challenges and propose practical solutions.
