Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results‑driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a wide range of technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess technical background, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and generate recruitment reports.
• Develop sourcing strategies for niche or hard‑to‑fill roles and stay updated on technology trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS tools.
• Strong understanding of Boolean search and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast‑paced environment.
