About the role

We are a well‑established travel company seeking a motivated Tour Consultant to join our Tourism Department in downtown Cairo. You will work directly with clients to create memorable travel experiences and support the growth of our travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and manage travel bookings.
• Design and organize customized travel packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Required profile

• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office and email.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team‑player attitude with a professional approach to client handling.
• Previous experience in tourism is an advantage.
