About the role
The Accommodation Supervisor oversees the end‑to‑end management of company‑provided housing for employees and staff. This role ensures that all living facilities are safe, clean, compliant with local regulations, and support a productive work‑life balance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of staff housing units, including camps, apartments, and chalets.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, pest control and conduct regular inspections for cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain the master bed‑plan, supervise check‑in/check‑out processes and ensure fair room allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and civil‑defence regulations; keep resident records, emergency contacts and insurance documents up to date.
- Monitor utility consumption, implement cost‑saving measures and oversee procurement of furniture, bedding and kitchen supplies.
- Manage third‑party contracts for catering, laundry and security services.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in facilities management, hospitality or administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for logistics and documentation.
- Ability to handle crises calmly and mediate resident disputes.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced tracking and reporting).
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
