Architectural Consultant Engineer – Discipline Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Consultant Engineer to lead the architectural discipline for large‑scale industrial and commercial projects in New Cairo. The role involves design leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations and client standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, review, and supervise architectural designs and technical documentation.
• Ensure all designs meet project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Lead and coordinate architectural activities across all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with structural and MEP teams to guarantee integrated design solutions.
• Maintain full compliance with Egyptian building regulations and local standards.
• Review design deliverables and provide technical guidance to uphold quality and design integrity.

Required profile

• 15–20+ years of experience in architectural design, consultancy, and project coordination.
• Strong background in industrial and commercial projects, preferably large‑scale EPC.
• Registered with the Egyptian Engineering Syndicate and holder of a Consultant Engineer Certificate.
• Fluent English (working language) and familiarity with Chinese EPC firms is a plus.
