Assistant Dark Store Manager

About the role

The Assistant Dark Store Manager supports the Dark Store & Last Mile Operations Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day fulfillment activities within a dark‑store environment. You will ensure that orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and that the facility operates safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing fulfillment point (FP) operations on the ground.
• Monitor order picking, packing and shipping to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
• Prevent product damage, shrinkage, accidents and occupational hazards.
• Track the flow of goods using the stock management system and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment processes.
• Analyze current operations and propose improvements.
• Address and resolve customer issues promptly to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work on shift schedules.
• Excellent command of English.
• Leadership skills for multi‑functional team coordination.
• Conflict‑resolution capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with warehouse software packages (WMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
