Inventory Planning & Control Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an Inventory Planning & Control Specialist based in Egypt to lead inventory planning, stock control and accuracy across the organisation. The role ensures the right balance between product availability and inventory efficiency while supporting smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, warehousing and finance teams to align inventory with business needs.
• Conduct inventory analysis, forecasting support and stock reconciliation.
• Lead stock audits and inventory reporting to improve control practices.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives for inventory management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in inventory planning, control or stock management.
• Strong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock audits and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using inventory management tools.
