Automotive Spare Parts Procurement Specialist

About the role

Harvest Foods is seeking an experienced Automotive Spare Parts Procurement Specialist to manage the full procurement cycle for spare parts and fleet maintenance, ensuring critical components are available to minimize vehicle downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers for automotive spare parts and fleet maintenance needs.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and follow up on delayed, incorrect, or defective items.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to prioritize requirements.
• Maintain an updated supplier database, price records, and prepare regular procurement reports.
• Monitor market prices, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and evaluate supplier performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive spare parts or fleet procurement.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Proven negotiation and communication skills with local suppliers.
• Good analytical, problem‑solving abilities and command of English.
