About the role
We are seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to join TalentPop App’s remote support team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction feels personal and helpful.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, maintaining a solution‑focused mindset.
- Personalize each interaction to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall support experience.
- Provide feedback on processes and tools to enhance service quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
- Calm under pressure with a strong problem‑solving attitude.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
