Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (French/English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a fluent French‑English speaker to join TalentPop App’s remote support team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers across voice, chat, and email, ensuring every interaction feels personal and helpful.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, maintaining a solution‑focused mindset.
• Personalize each interaction to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall support experience.
• Provide feedback on processes and tools to enhance service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm under pressure with a strong problem‑solving attitude.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
