Bilingual French and English Customer Service Agents

About the role

We are looking for bilingual French‑English Customer Service Agents to join our call centre team. The role involves assisting clients with visa‑related inquiries and guiding them through online application processes, ensuring a smooth and accurate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and provide detailed information on visa requirements and application procedures.
• Assist customers in completing online visa application forms.
• Understand and address customers' queries, complaints, and comments.
• Display empathy and understanding toward each customer's issue.
• Provide quick and effective resolutions to customer inquiries.
• Communicate clearly in a way customers can easily understand.
• Manage pressure situations and handle irate customers professionally.
• Work accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Use automated information systems to analyze customer situations.

Required profile

• HSC or graduate degree; freshers may apply.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service.
• Good English and French proficiency (B2 level).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to daily assigned activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Basic computer knowledge.
