Bilingual French & English QA Specialist

About the role

Konecta is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance Specialist who is fluent in both French and English. The role supports the Global Delivery Center’s BPO operations, ensuring that live and recorded customer interactions meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate live and recorded calls in French and English against established quality frameworks.
• Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance and service excellence.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to identify performance gaps and trends.
• Support high‑volume recruitment batches by verifying that new hires meet quality benchmarks from day one.

Required profile

• Full professional fluency in French and English (C1 level).
• Experience in QA, coaching, or high‑volume recruitment within a BPO environment.
• Willingness to work rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Ability to work 100% onsite at the 3 Towers Mall, New Cairo (El Rehab).
