Bilingual Travel Advisor (French & English) – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for bilingual French‑English Travel Advisors to join our customer experience team in Maadi. The position is full‑time and hybrid, allowing you to work both from the office and from home. You will assist customers with travel inquiries, recommend suitable options, and manage reservations across flights, hotels and transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel inquiries via phone, email and chat in French and English.
• Provide tailored travel recommendations and process bookings, changes and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate records in reservation and CRM systems.
• Resolve issues following company procedures and travel policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to manage rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality or customer support is preferred.
