Bus Driver – Hospitality

About the role

The Bus Driver ensures smooth transportation for hotel guests, handling arrivals, departures and airport/crew transfers. You will manage vehicle keys, maintain the parking area, and provide timely service while upholding the hotel's standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Open car doors for guests, escort them to the lobby and ensure vehicles are delivered within 10 minutes of request.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, answer phone calls, and handle guest queries.
• Control guest car keys, manage the key cabinet and keep parking spaces clean.
• Perform handovers between shifts, forwarding complaints to the manager on duty.
• Support airport and crew transportation flow and identify sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Follow environmental and energy‑saving procedures, waste segregation and quality management guidelines.

Required profile

• At least a vocational college diploma.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in guest transportation or similar hospitality role.
• Good command of English and Arabic for effective communication.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a hotel environment.

Required skills

• Use of non‑standard, specific tools and devices related to vehicle handling.
• Knowledge of guest profiles and accommodation details.
• Basic understanding of hospitality service standards and guest interaction.
