About the role
We are looking for a Business Banking Assistant Relationship Manager to support our SME and retail banking portfolio in Egypt. The role focuses on acquiring new deposits, promoting cash‑management solutions and expanding the bank’s presence among small‑ and medium‑size enterprises.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell a range of liability products, targeting low‑cost deposits and new current and savings accounts.
- Offer payment and collection solutions tailored to each client’s business model.
- Generate new business through existing leads, referrals, cold‑calling and other prospecting activities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and liability‑portfolio targets.
- Develop trade‑finance relationships with both borrowing and non‑borrowing clients.
- Provide comprehensive cash‑management services, including collections and payments.
- Encourage adoption of online banking platforms where appropriate.
- Drive new‑to‑bank acquisition in identified segments to support portfolio growth.
- Monitor account conduct, resolve issues promptly and contribute to revenue generation.
Required profile
- Demonstrated ability to promote and sell banking liability products.
- Experience in prospecting new customers through leads, referrals or cold‑calling.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Understanding of cash‑management and trade‑finance solutions for SMEs.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑resolution skills.
