About the role
BayanTech is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to accelerate growth by identifying new market opportunities and building lasting client relationships. This hybrid position combines remote outreach with on‑site engagement at key industry events, allowing you to shape the company’s revenue pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and target new clients across the translation and localization sector.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to meet assigned revenue quotas.
- Conduct market research to uncover emerging customer needs and new geographic markets.
- Engage potential clients via phone, email and virtual meetings.
- Promote BayanTech’s services, aligning solutions with client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows and networking events.
- Identify, prepare and submit tenders that match company goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of business development experience, ideally within translation or localization.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales quotas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline management.
