Car Rental & Limousine Manager

About the role

The Car Rental & Limousine Manager will lead all rental and limousine operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable service delivery for corporate, VIP, and special transportation needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Car Rental and Limousine teams, handling manpower planning, shift allocation, and daily operational follow‑up.
• Oversee vehicle allocation, utilization, cleanliness, and presentation to meet operational and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Fleet, Maintenance, Airport Services and other departments to ensure vehicles are maintained, available, and services are executed flawlessly.
• Monitor daily rental, airport transfer, chauffeur, and transportation activities, handling bookings, special requests, and last‑minute changes.
• Address customer complaints, operational issues, and service incidents, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Review operational reports, vehicle utilization data, and incident logs to identify recurring issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in car rental, limousine, transportation, or fleet operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and handling corporate/VIP transportation requirements.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, coordination and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems.
• Good command of English.
