Chat Support Agent

About the role

We are a premium skincare and beauty brand serving the GCC market, looking for a Chat Support Agent to be the digital face of our brand. You will handle customer interactions across live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media, ensuring a seamless, luxury‑standard experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Provide clear, accurate, brand‑aligned information about products, orders, and accounts.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure every communication reflects the premium tone and positioning of the brand.
• Follow internal SOPs and customer‑service guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or chat support.
• Prior experience serving GCC customers is highly preferred.
• Excellent written communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong typing ability and capacity to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Professional demeanor with a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high‑quality standards.
