Commercial & Pricing Analyst - Manager

About the role

PwC is hiring a Commercial & Pricing Analyst - Manager (Lead Pricing & Commercial Manager) in its Cairo advisory practice, which covers technology managed services. The role owns the practice's commercial framework, leads complex deal structuring for multi-million-euro/pound bids and advises executive leadership on margin optimization, combining hands-on financial modelling with strategic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and financial structuring for large, high-risk or complex multi-year digital transformation and managed services bids
• Establish, monitor and enforce pricing policies, discount matrices and margin thresholds across the tech consulting practice
• Act as primary commercial advisor to the Practice Head and Markets lead, presenting financial risk assessments and profitability trade-offs in executive deal reviews
• Design and scale global pricing frameworks, standardized rate cards and automated estimation models used by delivery teams
• Negotiate commercial terms, risk-reward mechanisms and SLA penalties with enterprise clients alongside sales and legal teams
• Mentor junior and mid-level commercial analysts through guidance, quality assurance support and professional coaching

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in commercial finance, pricing strategy or deal desk management, with at least 3 years in a tech consulting or enterprise IT services environment
• Proven track record of structuring large complex contracts, including Time & Materials, fixed price and managed services structures
• Expert negotiation skills and the ability to challenge senior delivery directors and sales leaders to protect margin
