Consultant Engagement Coordinator – Egypt

About the role

C-Serv supports twelve IT consultants and a growing network across Egypt, Saudi Arabia and APAC, delivering complex technology projects for global clients. The Consultant Engagement Coordinator acts as the day-to-day point of contact for the consultants, removing blockers, spotting problems early and making sure everyone feels looked after. The role is based in Cairo.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 12 consultants, including monthly 1:1s, feedback, development goals and early flags on retention risk
• Welcome new joiners, sort their access and paperwork, and fix misalignments within the first four weeks
• Work with the Employer of Record on contracts, start dates, work permits, PTO and payroll queries
• Keep consultants' visa and Ajeer sponsorship documents current and compliant
• Track contract renewals, feed into pricing and cost modelling, and run each renewal from start to finish
• Approve timesheets and expenses in Productive and manage client reimbursement invoicing
• Work with client Professional Services Managers to ensure smooth project kick-offs and strong relationships, and follow escalations through to resolution
• Handle vacation, sickness and absence, certifications, team activities and region-specific SOPs

Required profile

• Experience managing and mentoring a dispersed team in the IT industry
• Track record of running performance reviews and development plans
• Hands-on experience working with Employer of Record providers
• Strong organisation and ability to juggle several priorities
• Problem-solving instinct: resolving issues quickly and owning them until closed
• Fluent Arabic and English
