About the role
The Customer Care Coordinator supports Patient Support Programs, ensuring patients receive timely, compassionate assistance throughout their treatment journey. This role acts as a trusted advocate, removing barriers to care and enhancing access to medical benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the line manager and program team in managing Patient Support Programs and liaise with key stakeholders.
- Ensure timely enrollment of eligible patients and maintain accurate patient files.
- Accompany team members on visits to healthcare providers, pharmacies, or support sites.
- Prepare regular performance reports and maintain electronic records.
- Report adverse events or product complaints in line with client requirements and Axios SOPs.
Required profile
- A degree or diploma in a medical field or social work.
- 0‑1 year experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO (preferred).
- Experience in data monitoring, logistics, or customer service management is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently and flexibility in working hours.
