About the role
The Customer Service Complaints Handler will manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- Strong complaint management capabilities with experience handling and escalating complex cases.
- Solid analytical skills to investigate complaints, identify root causes, and interpret data for continuous improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, able to explain decisions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Relevant experience in customer service, support, or operations, preferably in a digital solutions environment.
