About the role

Raya CX is looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative (B2/C1 level) to join its on‑site team in Qesm 1st 6 October. You will handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat or social media, providing accurate and professional assistance.

Key responsibilities

Respond to customer questions, complaints and requests in English across multiple channels.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams and document all interactions in the support system.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services and procedures.

Required profile

Strong English communication skills (B2/C1) with clear spoken and written ability.
Previous customer service or contact‑center experience, preferably in a BPO environment.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays.

Required skills

Familiarity with CRM or contact‑center tools.
Translation ability between English and local languages.
Basic computer literacy.
