About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our global e‑commerce account team at Concentrix in Smart Village, Cairo. The role involves delivering high‑quality assistance to online shoppers, handling inquiries and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment that requires flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight, to provide continuous support for the global e‑commerce platform.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers of the global e‑commerce platform, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
- Work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules, to maintain continuous service coverage.
Required profile
- Graduates only.
- Strong English proficiency (B2–C1 level).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight.
