Customer Support Representative – English Account

About the role

The Customer Support Representative – English Account is a full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo, handling inbound and outbound customer interactions in English. You will provide clear information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and messages in English.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve complaints and follow up on cases.
• Document all interactions in the company’s CRM/ticketing system.
• Adhere to quality and performance standards and collaborate with team members to improve processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with empathy, patience and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Basic troubleshooting ability and willingness to escalate when needed.
• Previous experience in call centres, BPO or similar environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
