About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Cairo focuses on outbound customer support and email communication in English. You will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and respond to emails to resolve issues and provide product information.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls and send email replies to address customer questions and follow up on requests.
Document interactions in the CRM/ticketing system and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem‑solving.

Required profile

Strong customer‑facing skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication suitable for outbound calls and professional email correspondence.
Previous experience in a contact‑center, BPO, or customer‑support environment is preferred.
