About the role
The Delivery Courier ensures timely sorting, loading, unloading, and delivery of shipments within the assigned service area while upholding DHL’s high standards for service quality, safety, and customer focus.
Key responsibilities
- Represent DHL professionally by maintaining uniform, grooming, and a customer‑first attitude.
- Deliver and pick up all shipments on schedule, meeting required delivery dates (RDD) and pickup targets.
- Accurately scan every shipment activity using an electronic scanner.
- Handle special delivery requests and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Collect and report any cash received during deliveries.
- Support operational tasks such as loading, unloading, and sorting freight.
Required profile
- Holder of a bachelor’s degree.
- Valid driver’s licence with ability to drive a manual‑transmission vehicle.
- Physical fitness to lift, move, and handle shipments regularly.
- Good command of English for communication.
