English Instructor

About the role

AEA is seeking enthusiastic English Instructors to join its Nasr City branch on a full‑time basis. You will deliver engaging English lessons to non‑native speakers, assess their progress, and create a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality English lessons in line with the curriculum and learning objectives.
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
• Encourage student participation and motivation.
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field.
• TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience teaching English to non‑native speakers (minimum 1 year is a plus).
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.
