Entertainment Executive

About the role

The Entertainment Executive will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of live entertainment programs across venues such as clubs, lounges, hotels, and cruise ships. This role ensures seamless artist experiences, from booking to on‑site logistics, while supporting the overall event strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Book and schedule artists, DJs, dancers, and performers, handling contracts and logistics.
• Assist in planning, promoting, and executing concerts, theme nights, and parties.
• Liaise with performers, agents, and managers to guarantee smooth event execution.
• Oversee stage setup, sound checks, and technical requirements.
• Manage artist hospitality, including accommodations and transportation.
• Process artist payments on daily, weekly, or monthly cycles.
• Ensure compliance with restaurant staff, security, and technical teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in entertainment, nightlife, events, hospitality, or luxury venue operations.
• Proven experience coordinating live entertainment programs, artist bookings, and special events.
• Flexible availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
