About the role

We are seeking an Executive Secretary to support a well‑known company in Alexandria. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance to a team of attorneys, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication in both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and format letters, memos, emails, court documents, and case citations.
  • Maintain attorneys’ calendars, schedules, and manage incoming mail and email correspondence.
  • Organize, file, and manage both physical and electronic documents, including e‑filing.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of attorney expense reports.
  • Support office organization and perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Minimum three years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
