Facility Management Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Management Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of our projects in New Capital. The role focuses on supervising daily site activities, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and contractual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily walkthroughs with service providers to ensure proper implementation of operation plans.
• Manage client service requests and complaints to achieve departmental CSAT targets.
• Implement preventative maintenance plans in collaboration with O&M service providers.
• Provide guidance and assistance to technicians and labourers across related disciplines.
• Maintain technical communication between on‑site technicians and management.
• Perform daily operational updates and reporting.
• Participate in monthly assessments of service provider performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure all premises comply with current legislation and health & safety standards.
• Oversee daily operational works and enhancement projects within the department.
• Identify and report health and safety hazards following established guidelines.
• Adapt to various operational hours and schedules as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in a related facility management or engineering role.
