F&B Marketing Manager

About the role

A business-driving F&B Marketing Manager position in Cairo, Egypt, with direct impact on food and beverage revenue and profitability. The role takes full responsibility for marketing and branding all F&B outlets, influencing product development, pricing, promotions, events and brand positioning, and works closely with operations teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for all F&B outlets, defining the positioning of each concept in the portfolio
• Create and manage 360-degree campaigns across online and offline channels, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, events, brand collaborations and traditional advertising
• Drive occupancy and revenue through promotions, traffic generation and seasonal campaigns (holidays, special events, themed brunches)
• Collaborate on pricing, conversion optimization and revenue management with F&B leadership
• Produce content and storytelling that builds a cohesive brand identity
• Monitor campaign performance, traffic metrics, paid online activity and ROI, turning data into business decisions
• Work with F&B management and culinary teams on menu storytelling and guest experience
• Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers and vendors, and stay informed on gastronomy trends and the Cairo F&B market
• Support brand guidelines, collateral and visual assets

Required profile

• Proven F&B marketing experience, ideally from a luxury hotel, premium restaurant group or lifestyle marketing agency
• Fluent professional English and fluent Arabic
• Knowledge of the Egyptian F&B market and regional media landscape (preferred)
• Experience with event marketing and experiential activations (preferred)
