Field Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Field Operations Coordinator ensures that product information and stock availability displayed on the Instashop platform accurately reflect what is available in partner shops. You will work on‑site, visiting shops daily, collecting data with a handheld scanner and supporting a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to partner shops to verify that in‑store products are correctly listed on the Instashop platform using a handheld scanner.
• Maintain accurate product data—including barcodes, quantities, prices, images and descriptions—in the system.
• Collaborate with shop staff to update stock levels and ensure inventory information is current.
• Monitor stock levels, identify out‑of‑stock items and report discrepancies.
• Prepare daily reports analysing stock and assortment status.
• Travel to new markets as required to perform the above activities.

Required profile

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physical capability to perform field‑based tasks.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations within and outside the city.
• Strong organizational, planning, time‑management and prioritisation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
