About the role
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead our front office operations. The role ensures a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and clients while maintaining smooth administrative workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk activities, including reception, visitor management, and phone systems.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver high‑quality customer service.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meeting‑room bookings.
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns promptly, and maintain a positive client experience.
- Maintain records, manage correspondence, and support broader administrative functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve office processes.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office management or a related field.
- Proven experience managing front desk operations or customer‑service teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain professional under pressure.
- Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
- Residency in or near Heliopolis or Nasr City is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using phone system platforms.
