About the role
First Option is looking for a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our Nasr City office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting daily administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain an organized reception area and handle front‑desk operations.
- Post and update content on social media platforms.
- Schedule meetings, manage appointments, and coordinate office activities.
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office.
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
