Hostess

About the role

As a Hostess at an Accor hotel in Cairo, you are the first point of contact for guests and set the tone of their stay. You greet guests warmly, help them with food and beverage choices and follow the outlet's service and safety standards. The position is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a professional and friendly greeting and provide engaging service to guests.
• Help guests with food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Required profile

• Ability to focus on guest needs while staying calm and courteous at all times.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team.
