HR Generalist – Sales & TeleSales Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts for our sales and tele‑sales teams. The role focuses on building a high‑performing workforce that can meet ambitious sales targets while ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top sales, tele‑sales, and sales team leader candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience, cultural fit, and performance potential.
• Handle high‑volume and mass recruitment campaigns as needed.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales‑related positions.
• Monitor recruitment quality, employee retention, attendance, and turnover metrics.
• Collaborate with sales management to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Support employee engagement, develop HR policies and procedures, and manage onboarding.
• Address employee relations issues, monitor performance, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and prepare HR reports and recruitment performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3–9 years of proven experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Strong background recruiting sales, tele‑sales, call‑center, and sales team leader roles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct high‑volume and mass recruitment.
• Excellent candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment capabilities.
• Experience working with recruitment targets, KPIs, and hiring deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of employee retention, engagement, and relations.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
