About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in 6th of October City, Giza. The role focuses on supporting HR processes while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to manage employee data, benefits, and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in executing HR procedures and policies.
- Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Support recruitment and new‑hire onboarding, coordinating with cross‑functional departments.
- Handle administrative HR tasks as requested.
- Analyze performance data, identify training needs, and help prepare the annual training plan.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor law regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using SAP SuccessFactors for HR‑related tasks.
