HR Operations Agent – Global Support (EMEA)

About the role

The Agent Operations HR Experience role supports Deel’s global HR functions by handling urgent, time‑sensitive requests across multiple regions. Working closely with regional HR teams, you will ensure smooth HR operations throughout the employee lifecycle and provide backup coverage for country‑specific operations when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support for requests spanning various time zones and regions.
• Execute global HR tasks—including onboarding, offboarding, payroll queries, and benefits administration—while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Act as a backup for country‑level HR operations, stepping in to resolve urgent issues.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and automation to accelerate response times and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with regional HR partners to standardize processes and share best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or a similar support function within a global organization.
• Ability to manage high‑volume, time‑critical requests while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Demonstrated aptitude for using AI or automation solutions to solve operational problems.
