HR Operations Lead

About the role

The HR Operations Lead will oversee end‑to‑end HR operational activities, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and efficient delivery of HR services. This role is pivotal in supporting the HR strategy through strong governance, digitalisation, analytics, and process optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operational processes, ensuring consistency with company policies and local labour laws.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, off‑boarding, contract renewals, workforce planning, and document management.
• Administer HR services including annual leave, employee requests, and master data management.
• Manage Total Rewards operations and review payroll outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead HR budgeting, cost control, and produce regular financial and operational reports.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and KPIs to inform decision‑making.
• Formulate, review, and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, act as the lead for HRIS, payroll systems, and workflow automation.
• Lead strategic and operational HR projects and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR Operations and team management.
• Strong knowledge of labour law, payroll processes and HR compliance.
• Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting and HR systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
