Human Resources Director – Lead HR Strategy

About the role

We are a leading manufacturer of rice‑derived ingredients serving food, cosmetics and dietary supplement markets. We are seeking a Human Resources Director to shape and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our growth and innovation objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and align the overall HR strategy with business goals and growth plans.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee development programs.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, employee relations and HR operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Drive organizational development, culture enhancement and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices while advising senior management on people‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, organizational development, compensation & benefits and talent management.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation and supporting business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
