Human Resources & Performance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources & Performance Manager to help build a high‑performing team and support our growing business. The role blends HR operations, performance management, and recruitment, working closely with leadership to improve processes and drive results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor KPIs across departments together with team leaders.
• Track employee performance and facilitate performance review cycles.
• Manage attendance, annual leave, sick leave, and other HR records.
• Coordinate payroll‑related information, including leave balances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for open positions; create and publish job postings and LinkedIn recruitment content.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintain HR documentation.
• Improve HR processes, policies, and reporting; prepare regular HR and performance reports for management.
• Support managers with day‑to‑day people‑related matters.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a similar role.
• Experience with recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with KPI tracking or performance management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
