Human Resources Specialist – Full‑time

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will work on‑site in Al Mansoura, supporting day‑to‑day HR operations and the full employee lifecycle for a fashion retail brand.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, maintain personnel records and coordinate employee benefits.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Handle employee queries, support performance management and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and company standards.
• Collaborate with management to foster a positive work environment and support staff development initiatives.
• Contribute to HR reporting and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with experience in daily HR operations.
• Ability to develop, interpret and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and personnel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Egyptian labour laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict‑resolution skills, with discretion handling sensitive information.
