Junior Accountant

About the role

Hellmann is looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team. You will support the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, vendor record maintenance, and timely payments that keep the logistics operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, purchase orders and expense reports in line with company policies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date vendor records, including contact details, payment terms and pricing.
• Verify invoice accuracy, proper coding, approvals and documentation.
• Prepare and execute vendor payments within agreed terms while adhering to internal controls.
• Review employee expense reports for compliance and correct documentation.
• Keep organized electronic and physical accounts payable files.
• Assist in generating reports such as aging analysis, outstanding payables and cash‑flow projections.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.
• Help the broader accounting team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects.
