Key Account Manager - Automotive

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the Dubizzle Group, is looking for a Key Account Manager in the automotive sector. The role focuses on acquiring, developing and growing strategic key accounts to maximise revenue, profitability and long-term partnerships, while keeping customers satisfied and aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new key accounts, including automotive firms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, sales directors, marketing leaders and other key stakeholders in the automotive sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Understand client challenges and recommend tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Develop strategic account acquisition plans to expand market presence and meet revenue targets.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM tools.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 5 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years acquiring and managing key accounts.
• Knowledge of key account management, strategic selling and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, CRM systems and financial acumen.
• Ability to analyse markets and use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong relationship management, negotiation, communication and presentation skills, plus analytical thinking, problem solving and planning.
• Customer-focused, results-oriented, proactive, resilient, commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable.
