About the role
Talabat is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to grow and consolidate orders with its strategic partners. You will act as the main liaison between the company and senior decision‑makers at key restaurant accounts, ensuring a seamless experience and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior‑level stakeholders at assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities to increase spend per account.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings to align partner needs with Talabat’s product and service offerings.
- Ensure consistent service quality across all brands and resolve operational issues between restaurants and the platform.
- Provide quarterly performance reviews and actionable insights to partners.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet partner requirements and update activity records in Salesforce.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of full‑time experience in a related commercial role.
- Previous experience in e‑commerce or FMCG is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the food‑industry market and online delivery landscape.
- Ability to analyse sales data and propose data‑driven solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Salesforce for account management.
