About the role

The Modality Sales Specialist will drive growth of Philips' Mobile Surgery business across the region. You will work closely with partners and internal sales teams to increase market share, strengthen the pipeline and maximize sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute modality business plans for Mobile Surgery, turning market insights into growth initiatives.
Lead partner performance by monitoring funnels, forecasts and opportunities, identifying gaps and driving actions to improve conversion.
Support and lead new product launches, coordinating launch strategy, partner enablement, sales tools, training and market activation.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to guide portfolio strategy and counter competitive threats.

Required profile

5+ years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing, preferably medical devices.
Proven experience managing indirect channel partners with a focus on business growth and market share.
Comfortable with 50%+ travel across the region.
Fluent in French is a strong plus.
